Well niether are max dmg, but I would salvage the hammer, but I dont know if anyone is going to want the 20% enchanting if you get it. For the bow just sell to merchant, same with the hammer unless you wanna try to salvage it but again who is going to want the 20% hammer grip.

I got one fast question, does life stealing 4 mean that for each damege you hit you heal 4 or for just hitting you heal 4?
